‘HARD EDGES PLUS’

‘Hard Edges Plus’ is a project instigated in 2023 by Hard Edges, where this improvising brass trio is extended with guests.

The first iteration of this project was a concert series at the Anteros Foundation in Norwich, which comprised three events, each with a different guest - Leeds-based pianist Matthew Bourne, London-based vocalist Brigitte Beraha and flautist Neil Metcalfe. All three concerts were recorded and will be presented in various ways on Bandcamp.

Further extensions of the ‘Hard Edges’ series include collaborations with Norwich-based spoken word artist Andrea Holland, including on the newly released EP ‘High Wire and Hard Edges’ and performances with saxophonist Alan Wilkinson.
